My step dad’s El Camino just got back from being painted. Found some pics he texted when he first got it and a couple in between then and now

When he first got it

No fun intake

Intake, new carbs, and speed hole cut into hood

Fresh paint don’t touch

Mostly assembled

Outside back together.

Interior still needs work but he already has most of the parts. Just needs installed.

Fun fact: the 454 they put in is significantly heavier than the sbc (350?) they took out. They had to swap out the front springs twice to get the proper support.
